Whilst working in collaboration with industry leading modular construction companies we build high spec contemporary penthouse apartments off site in the factory to then fit into place.

Whilst our business now largely focuses on airspace development, we still complete ground up developments where opportunities present themselves. The business has particular experience in greenbelt and countryside developments which strongly contrasts the urban airspace business. We are experts in legal, planning and design and around such developments and we can expertly navigate the complex planning process.
